Terms and Conditions
Last updated: September 13, 2026
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the SingTogether app and website, operated by Vanlab Technologies ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using SingTogether, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
SingTogether lets you and your collaborators record vocal or instrumental parts independently and combine them into a single merged performance. Features may change, be added, or be removed over time.
2. Accounts
You need an account, created via Google Sign-In, to use SingTogether. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that happens under it.
3. Your Content
You retain ownership of the recordings, projects, and other content you create in SingTogether ("Your Content"). By uploading Your Content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, sync, and combine it with other collaborators' contributions solely to provide the service to you and the collaborators you invite.
You are responsible for Your Content and must have the rights to record and share it. Do not upload content that infringes someone else's rights, is unlawful, or violates these Terms.
4. Collaboration and Sharing
When you invite collaborators to a project via a share link, you are choosing to share access to that project's recordings with the people who join. You are responsible for who you invite and what you share with them.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
Some features require a paid subscription, billed through the Apple App Store and managed via RevenueCat. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings.
Because SingTogether is distributed on the Apple App Store and does not use a custom end user license agreement, your use of the app is also governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use SingTogether for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
- Upload content you do not have the rights to share.
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users through content shared in the app.
7. Intellectual Property
SingTogether, its branding, and its underlying software are owned by Vanlab Technologies and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.
8. Termination
You may stop using SingTogether and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the service.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
SingTogether is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that recordings will never be lost.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vanlab Technologies will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of SingTogether.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use SingTogether after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
